The MoSCoW method, also known as MoSCoW analysis or oSCoW prioritization, is a popular technique for prioritizing tasks during the development process. Created by Dai Clegg, it categorizes initiatives into four categories: must-have, should-have, could-have, and won’t-have. To use the method, key stakeholders and the product team must agree on objectives and prioritization factors, as well as how to resolve disputes and allocate resources.
